Projected expenses for a comprehensive design project start at 300 SEK per square meter.

Every my design project typically includes 3D-renderings of the interior from four angles. It also includes 15 to 25 design sheets, depending on the project's complexity and size. The package also includes detailed specifications and inventories of lighting, plumbing, and furnishings.

Note that the author's oversight requires separate payment, and the cost of architectural supervision varies based on the designer's involvement and project complexity.

The expense associated with architectural supervision is subject to variation, contingent upon the requisite level of involvement from the designer and the intricacy inherent in the implementation of the envisioned interior.

The cost of space planning (5-6 options) starts from 2500 SEK (but could be calculated depending on the area).

For those customers, that don't need a complete design project or a visualisation (pictures), but need help in planning the functional areas of your house or apartment, I provide space planning services.

I make approximately 5-6 options of layout of the premises, according to your wishes, as well as my experience and professional vision. After that, you choose one layout that is most suitable for you, and based on the results, I carry out a reconstruction plan for builders (dismantling and erecting partitions), as well as a furniture plan with dimensions.

The planning stages include:

- determining the location of the main functional areas;

- a plan for the dismantling and placement of partitions (if required);

- determining the location of furniture in each room.

So at the end of my work you will have 5-6 options of layout of the premission, as well as the final version of the reconstruction (dismantling and placement of partitions), plus a furniture plan with dimensions according to the final layout.
